The Afterheating module - instantaneous water heater MDC400P is versatile and has connection options of 1 1/4" IG for flow and return as well as 1 1/2" Internal thread for the heating element. It operates reliably at a maximum permissible operating temperature of 90 °C and an operating pressure of up to 10 bar.

With a minimum flow rate of 9.0 kW or 514 l/h and an inner diameter of 60 mm, the module meets strict technical standards. The matching heating element (MDC400 Plus) with 9 kW output (400 V) completes the complete package and impresses with its compact design (161 mm in diameter and 850 mm in length).

Possible uses and areas of application

The module offers a wide range of possible applications – it serves as a reliable emergency heater in the event of a power outage, supports existing boilers or heat pumps, and can also be used as a supplementary heater in very low outside temperatures. With easy operation via an integrated rotary knob and an LED display that constantly shows the current operating status, it enables precise temperature control and safe operation. Before commissioning, ensure that the storage tank is correctly filled to ensure reliable and long-lasting operation.
